Frequently Asked Questions

Is my data sent to your servers?

No. Charts are rendered entirely in your browser with Apache ECharts. Your data never leaves your device.

Which chart types are supported?

46 types including bar, column, grouped and stacked bars, lollipop, bullet, line, area, step, sparkline, pie, donut, nested pie, treemap, sunburst, waffle, histogram, box plot, heatmap, scatter, bubble, correlation matrix, network graph, radar, polar area, waterfall, funnel, gauge, progress ring, pyramid, Pareto, Gantt, timeline, candlestick, OHLC, Sankey, chord and alluvial diagrams.

What file formats can I export?

PNG at 2× resolution for crisp slides and documents, and SVG — a scalable vector you can edit in Figma, Illustrator or Inkscape. Copy puts a PNG on your clipboard.

How do I import data from a spreadsheet?

Select your cells in Excel or Google Sheets, copy, then click Paste CSV and paste. Comma, tab and semicolon separators are detected automatically, and a text-only first row is used as column headers.

Will my data be kept when I switch chart types?

Yes, whenever the new chart can use the same shape of data. If it needs a different structure (for example OHLC prices or source → target flows), sample data for that chart is loaded so you can see the expected format.
